The course can be marked complete for a learner by individuals in the role of Learning Admin – Instructor.
1. Go to Admin tab.
2. Then People Admin.
3. Under Manage People, select Enrollments.
4. Search the learner by typing their NetID in the Username field. Click View Enrollments.
Note: If searching for retired or terminated employees, put the current date in the Terminated Before field.
5. On the course, select Mark Complete.
6. In the dialog box that appears, select Successful, add a score if you have one and add comment if needed and click Save. The course will be removed from Enrollments page and will be visible under Completed Courses.
